following, before Calling our Support Team:

Shutdown, turn the power off (1 minute)
and then restart your computer, resuming the task you
had problems with.

allow sufficient time for solving the problem (~15
minutes)

Know what software you are having
problems with. (i.e., Outlook Express, Internet
Explorer, Netscape Navigator, etc.)

Record the approximate time and date
you last experienced the problem.

If you are receiving an error message,
make sure to record the wording of the error message.
