To Better Assist You!  Please do the following, before Calling our Support Team:

  1. Shutdown, turn the power off (1 minute) and then restart your computer, resuming the task you had problems with.

  2. Be at your computer when you call, and allow sufficient time for solving the problem (~15 minutes)

  3. Know your username, email address and password.

  4. Know what software you are having problems with. (i.e., Outlook Express, Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, etc.)

  5. Record the approximate time and date you last experienced the problem.

  6. If you are receiving an error message, make sure to record the wording of the error message.

  7. If the problem is related to sending or receiving email, know the email addresses of the sender and recipient and the date the problem occurred.
